A Meadville, PA street was turned into a giant pinball playfield when a 1,500-pound wrecking ball broke loose from a crane cable and rolled nearly three-quarters of a mile downhill, bouncing from one side of the street to the other damaging more than a dozen vehicles.
The wrecking ball finally slammed into the trunk of a car, which hit the car in front, and sent that car hitting the car in front of it. All three cars were pushed approximately 20 feet from the impact. Can you imagine filling out the insurance records and explaining that "yes a wrecking ball slammed into the back of my car."
